When will I get my order?
All products are made to order. It usually takes 3–7 business days to fulfill your order. After that, shipping times are estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?
All our products are made to order and shipped from the location closest to you.
This helps us deliver faster and reduce our carbon footprint.

Will I be charged customs?
International orders may incur customs or tax fees. These are set by your local authorities and are not under our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for guidance.

What’s your return policy?
We only offer returns or refunds for wrong, damaged, or misprinted items. If something's not right, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To report an issue:

  • Email us at salaam@muslimmade.shop

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item

  • We’ll review the issue and send a replacement or refund if eligible

Each item is made just for you, so we aren’t able to offer returns or refunds for things like ordering the wrong size, color, or product by mistake. Please be sure to double-check your cart and our sizing guide before checking out β€” and if you’re unsure, we’re happy to help before you place your order!

Conditions for a return:

  • Must be reported within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition β€” any visible signs of use may void eligibility for a return or refund.

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required

Wrong address or unclaimed package?
If the address you provided is incorrect or the package is unclaimed and returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

EU Consumer Rights

Orders shipped to the European Union are not eligible for the 14-day cancellation period under EU law, as all of our products are custom-made. Since each item is printed just for you, the right to cancel does not apply to our made-to-order products.
